They offer self-adhesive backed in 6" width x 5 ft long for ~$48 or 10' long for ~$76...not sure about shipping costs..choice of "designer colors" too.

Are you using the Merca Mesh sanding discs? I found that they wear out the backing disc on the ROS sanders fast. I use a Merka H&L pad on my ROS between the ROS and the sanding disc, that way the ROS is protected.

The best way is to have an ROS for each grit, makes for faster sanding too.

No, haven't used Mirka mesh. I have a few rolls of their paper. It's good stuff. But, I only use it with sanding blocks or jitterbugs...which isn't often.

I'm wondering if you might be able to find velcro sheets at a fabric store. I'll talk to my wife when she gets home.

Velcro is available at stores like Michael's and Jo Ann fabrics. It may even be available at Walmart according to my wife.

Me too. Amazon has it in 5" wide rolls but onle "sew on". Might get a roll and try some 3M 77.
