not sure yet...

@John Morris..

that is one of your better images...

This past week we had to replace our 50 gallon water heater in the garage. It was installed in 2001 in our new construction home so we got almost 17 years out of it. In order to replace it I had to move everything out of the way and then had a friend come by to help me lift the old unit off the platform and throw it in the back of the truck to take to the dump. Then we lifted the new water heater into place and strapped it down. So today I finally get to put everything back into place in the garage and paint the stained area around the water heater with some Kilz stain blocking paint since the drywall is fully dried after a number of days with two box fans blowing on it for a number of days.

Got some goofing off to do.  I will get into the shop.  Been working on a couple prototypes for my next project.  Should finish them off by Monday.

watch the train trip from in real time from Bergen to Oslo...

that should take care of 8 hours or so...

retirement has it's merits...

Getting ready for Magnolia Woodturners meeting tomorrow. In last finish phase on 4 BOC bowls. Ain't life fun ? finish one project and start another and then spring gets in the way with all that growing stuff.

Cub Scout Awards Banquet and cake project auction tonight. More troubleshooting on the truck electrical, voltage specifically...2nd alternator now doing the same...research is heavily pointing to a failed voltmeter motor in the instrument cluster circuit panel...R&R is within my scope...repair nada. Rest depends on the weather and who knows...Wife's weekend for on-site facility manager.

@Dale Felice doesn't post much in the regular forum threads but does some amazing work which he frequently shares in the Gallery section. I would encourage everyone to check out his (and others) gallery posts.

Some beautiful and creative works you might be missing.

Aahh, a good Italian sausage, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, red onion, green & red bell pepper, banana pepper stuffed calzone sounds good about now.

Little bit of Restore on Saturday.  Neighbor asked me to see if they had any brick mold sets (there were some, but who knows?).   I need another one myself so i hope they're still there.  Need to get more pictures of that rocker.   Turned out i didn't have to do any glue work on the base, only the top.

hold the spinach..

Saturday project is put shelf pin sleeves in my grandson's bookcase and deliver it.  Sunday... Worship and loaf.  In that order.

For now, I'm planning to make plans, for hopefully, making something in the shop.

I just got my Saturday schedule changed. Our Sunday School teacher is ill and I got drafted to teach about worrying and the Kingdom of God.   Matthew 6.  :o

I now find myself getting some shop time in. although it's still setting things up. So I was able to gte my DC bracket built and on the wall, next comes assembly of the DC itself, then hang it. It's really nice to be in the shop again.
