Herb, those are flat cool.  I love 'em!

What was on Friday's schedule?    The Landlord and I rolling across a floor, installing carpet.    And he is in worst shape than me,  and a few months younger.....paying the "price" today:(

Hoping to do a wee bit of rust hunting today.....IF I can move a bit.....

I could never do that at this time in my life, I would be in ER today.

Never laid carpet. But, I've laid a lot of saultillo and ceramic tile. No more. Knees, hips and back can't handle it any more.

Heck, when something rolls off the bench and I have to get down on the floor to find it, I ask myself "Is there anything else I can do while I'm down here.:(

Funny story, I had one in my shirt pocket when I was checking out at Lowes and the checker lady saw it and asked what it was. I told her it was my new cell phone and pulled it out extended it and started talking to it.  she said "Wow, thats really neat, where do I get one?"

plan ''D''...

Replace magnet with Rare Earth magnet,  has stronger pulling power.

or make a disk w/ several RE magnets so you have a larger pickup surface..

When I drop something it always rolls under something. Had a change of plans yesterday. Picked up sticks in the yard and burned them. Then went to the shop and decided I was tired of cleaning the chips off the drawer units I had under both lathes. Created a little wall space and plan to stack the drawer units leaving the under side of both lathes open. Hope to get this finished tomorrow.
