Those are BAR clamps.

    Sure the marketing guys call them PARALLEL clamps,but that doesn't make them that.

    A Parallel clamp jaws can be parallel even if they are not square to the clamping screws.

    Bar clamps run on bars or tubes or pipes and are always nearly square to the bar.

    Just because they have longer   jaws that are parallel doesn't make them a parallel clamp.
