Appreciate the time to film and release the video Knucklehead. I give it 3 thumbs up! Credits didn't specify, but were any animals used during the filming and if so, are they OK? :P

the small porter cable belt sander does great on edge plywood.

No, no animals were used! Although my daughter had to show me how to use the video software, she lost a lot of patience, and she did survive that.

A good straight edge and a guided straight bit works too.

I use a hand held belt sander with 8gt belt...
