Woodriver No. 4 Bench Plane

The WoodRiver® No. 4 Bench Hand Plane is well suited for smoothing smaller surfaces or maneuvering around troublesome grain. Slightly longer than a block plane, the tote makes it more comfortable for extended use. No. 4, a smoothing plane, takes the thinnest shavings for an exceptional finish. Used skillfully, it can be the final step before finishing. It also makes an excellent general-purpose plane or first plane for your collection.
