John Morris Administrator March 27, 20197 yr Author stats @Gerald, yes it is green wood, I finally ended up with a shape of a spoon! This was completely enjoyable, the spoon is done, it took me about 45 minutes to shape it out, then to dish the spoon out, and I let it sit a couple days to dry (they seem to dry very fast) enough then I rubbed mineral oil on it and it looks really good, it is wild looking, probably not the most usable spoon but it looks neat. It's sitting on a shelf as my first spoon. I'll get a final image of it up asap. PS, Eucalyptus is horrible to use for this!
