From one of the earlier pic's I thought the thin spots were thicker.

    For a bit more info on that - the red (wiped back with paper towel) and blue (wiped with foam brush to allow the blue to be a bit darker) are stain and the white is actually some leftover primer we had (he wipes that back with a foam brush). Then three coats of polycrylic.

    The finished work almost looks like a real flag. He has done a superior job on creating the allusion of flying flag.
