@Fred W. Hargis Jr I have the same Horse but with electric start. This one was a 93 I think as I got from an estate a couple years ago and just got to work with it this weekend.. This is my third tiller and like you said started right up. I did have trouble operating it til I went back to book for a refresher. Got to remember to keep that handle down or at least one of them. My other tillers bucked like a bronco when it hit something but this one just does s little jump and gets on with business. Still have some fine tuning to do on it tho. I might go and get a battery but not sure of that.

I watched for an electric start Horse for several years and never had one crop up. I had a much older (mid 60s) Horse with a Tecumseh engine and it was a nightmare to start, I'd have to pull till my arms hurt. I traded that one for the one I now have and so far it's been great.
