So with all the cold weather, I took some time to look at some of my lesser-used tools to get them into shape/sharpened so if I did want to use them they would be ready.

 

 

I started with my many sets of Auger Bits and found a few pieces I didn't know what they were so I'm starting here

#1 looks like a marking tool. 

#4 new style drill bits for a brace but I have never seen any like those.

#5,6,& 7 extension for a brace. I have a couple of those in my collection.

#1 is a drill bit for making square holes.  Either that or a reamer for tapered holes like in a chair seat.

1) Reamer for a Brace

2) Forstner style bit

3) Twist drill bit and a drill point for a brace

4) Extension for twist drill bits for a Brace drill

5) Gardener's Pruner

That Eric Brown is the fellow that does the Nickel Plating on my "Old Tools"....about a 45 minute drive, from my house.
