Last Saturday, I dropped my wife off at the airport and returned my grandson to his parents. Sunday: The hardest thing I did was move a case of beer from the basement to the refrigerator in the barn. Monday: Shopped for Steak and other essentials. Today: Refinishing a pair of Wine Barrel Adirondack chairs that have been on MY 'To-Do List' for three years. I suppose on the 1st day you had to empty the wine from the wine barrel. That would of taken me a few days. ha ha Can't wait to see pics. Danl

August 28, 20241 yr Popular Post Fifteen minutes ago, there was a knock at our front door. I stepped outside, and was greeted by the biggest smile I've seen in a long time! The gentleman clicked a picture of me picking up the package he had placed beside the door, told me he loved the gardens, wished me a good day, then got back into his UPS van and left. The smile, however, is still etched in my mind, and likely will be for some time. Some folks just brighten your whole day! Oh, almost forgot... the package was from Easy Wood Tools, addressed to Lynn, not me, and the wire burning kit from the TPW fundraiser. Ownership has yet to be determined! Pics, or it didn't happen?...
