July 28, 20241 yr Popular Post I've actually started ripping apart my cabinets that I had my old 2x72 on today gonna just break those down haul those to the dump then I have way way more space to move around in. Since I'm planning on purchasing the midi lathe stand for the delta and the extension for it. I'll need to make more space but with that cleared out I will have to clear out the work bench that I build so the shed shop is kind of in tangles and a bit chaotic right now. I have yet to receive my Robert Sorby sharpening system. Still waiting on that but been watching some tool sharpening courses online.

When I went to the garden center to pick out some perennials, because that is what I was told we were planting, I pick (1) colorful flowers that I liked and (2) the ones that the bees were on. Patti's Dad's backyard is about 50'w x 100'd and the only walkways are the width of his push mower, we can take everything else we need for our garden & that would give the thinning his needs. I'm no gardener either. Main reason I'm doing this is to have less mowing to do. Just got our sign for https://www.monarchwatch.org/waystations/ That and piss off the H.O.A. behind us that we're not a part of.
July 28, 20241 yr Popular Post Yesterday after I posted about working on electrical projects all day the last thing I said was...."I'm worn out, I'm going to have to rest tomorrow." But I woke up early this morning with an itch I just couldn't scratch, so to speak, so I went out into the shop and made this. used a piece of scrap wood and a piece of 2" PVC. It now hangs proudly in my shop.
July 28, 20241 yr Popular Post I spent the weekend celebrating my 70th birthday on the "Rockpile". That would be Mt Washington, NH. It would have been a much better hike if I had done it for my 50th
July 29, 20241 yr Popular Post @frenchwwr...gorgeous Kevin. So serene and peaceful looking. Thanks for sharing your hike.

Some manufacturers have designed GFCI's with a chip in it that detects the monthly test, test button & reset, and if it doesn't detect a test for more than 6 months the next time it does trip it won't reset.
