Nice lathe!

 

Mine is a Jet 1640 EVS

 

Have had it for a few year. Love it.

I have a Craftsman lathe that I replaced the spindle and drive in.  The original was lacking rigidity.

 

 

I have a Delta 46-460 that I love and use most

 

 

And a Rockwell 46-111

 

 

And a Grizzly variable speed midi lathe

 

I also have an Atlas 6" metal lathe

 

 

and a Unimat hobby lathe.

 

 

One might say I like turning.

I think turning is an understatement @HandyDan!!!!

That is quite an impressive collection of lathes. 

I got a variable speed Laguna, spindles is all I turn but I know it can do a lot more. But spindles is all I can do

Apparently, I have never taken a picture of my machine. Used the bejeebers out of it but, never preserved its image for posterity.

 

Got LOTS of pics of the stuff I've turned on it though! (If anybody is really bored out of their mind and wants to look.)

I closed in my two car garage and I'm in the works for getting it wired up. I'm coming from an 8x20 utility room so I'm can't hardly wait to get it done. 

I have a PM 3520B like Donald plus a bed extension.

 

Also have a Delta 46 460 for travel demos.

That is an awesome setup. I like that shelving system. 

Just a couple of old Delta Milwaukee machines from the early 1940's. Neither presently set up. 

My current (starter) lathe is this Wen.

I am awaiting delivery on a new Rikon 70-1824. Hopefully, in the next two weeks.

 

Mine looks like the one above or at least exactly like the box where mine resides. Picked it up at a flea market a good while back. Too good of a deal not to purchase it. No real place to permanently mount it so it remains safe from my hands. Like me, it now is considered "vintage."

There is a video on YouTube with one made from a skillsaw. 

I turn on a Record Power 1624.

Haven't turned much lately, but this 1952 model serves me well.

 

Note the vaeiable speed?
