I don't recall seeing any of these on other vendor tables so... The dark blades are mesquite and the light color are hickory. The handles are walnut, mesquite, alder, maple and hickory. Finished with mineral oil and beeswax. Now, on to some more bowls! Report

February 18, 20233 yr Popular Post comment_308948 nice ones, i made some a few years ago, had a little pia kid stab his brother, barely broke skin, the mom gave me a ration of crap about having them in open, only thing i could say was she failed as a parent not teaching her kids to keep their hands to themselves or ask before handling, she complained to the vendor of show, nothing came of it, just an fyi, hate it when idiots do something to jeapordize a good thing, well done like the contrasting woods. rj in az Report
