Saturday grandson which is in 8th grade had a track invitational and got 1st in shot put @41 feet and 4th in disc @ 90 feet. Then the granddaughter which is in 9th grade had her dance recital Saturday night. She is a great dancer and danced in 5 different dances, her and everyone did a great job!!! Proud of both of them. After all of the grandkids were done we took off with the camper. Got to the campground an hour and fifteen minutes from home and realized I had forgot my billfold and cell phone. What the heck? I blame it on getting distracted but it's probably old age setting in . After we got back to the campground around 10:30 we got the rest of the camper set up. What a long day I forget my phone all the time, but I haven't progressed to forgetting my wallet (yet). But as for the grandkids:

May 4, 20224 yr Popular Post Wasn’t exactly what I had planned for this week but it turns out I needed a tenoning jig to do some beveled splines for a project. After considerable futzing about I have one that fits the fence of my table saw quite nicely and should be large enough and heavy enough to be able to accurately cut some longer (~4’) pieces relatively easily. It sure isn’t the prettiest thing I have ever made but it is accurate and should do the job nicely.
