February 27, 20224 yr Popular Post Saturday was…. interesting, I spent most of the day playing with dogs and dirt. I got the drainage sections for the shop done, moved a bunch of dirt, got things pretty much graded so the french drain will work. Now I got to move a bunch of decorative rock back to cover the foundation for the wall at the property line and I need to get a couple yards of gravel delivered so I can fill in the drain field. Ripped out some dead plants, fixed a bunch of drip irrigation stuff that wasn’t dripping, hence the dead plants. Filled and leveled the areas that settled after the trenching and a couple of rains and now that I am pretty sure it is stable, installed pavers in the garbage can storage area on the side of the house. Today I got another shop cabinet base cut out and glued together and got all the parts pieces cut out and milled for the drill press table. Nothing crazy I just need a roller stand for my little benchtop router table until I build a real one.
