Our Annual Christmas event is still live! There is still time to contribute to our family, any proceeds left at the New Year will go to the family as a New Year present.

From what I understand the kids had a wonderful Christmas, the mom said she'll send us some images of their Christmas morning!

That crotch should make a spectacular something once you get it turned Gerald. Fantastic.

Thanks @John Morris for the feedback from "our Ward 57 family" That's wonderful news. What a blessing they are.

 

Your family remains in our prayers also.

Weekend was busy, full of surprises, lots of good food, time with family and just some R & R.

 

Youngest grand-daughter returns to campus tomorrow. Oldest, goes back end of the week. IDK yet what's in store in between.

 

My major accomplishments today thus far have been making, then eating breakfast; making then drinking 2 rounds of coffee, shower & shave, getting dressed, retrieving the mail, cleaning the litter box oh, and trying to help Matt Dillon from getting shot AGAIN. 

 

 

On Vacation this week.  R&R and only R&R.

Tomorrow we take my sis to the airport for her flight back to IL. Then I turn in my taxi badge and, Wednesday will be shop time again. It's been a fun 10 days but, this old body needs a change of venue. 

Yesterday was beautiful and 80 degrees.  So, shaped up some mahogany and turned the inside for an standing ornament.  It's going to be for a nurse that tended to Ann during the hospital stay.  It will have angels inside after being turned.  Will glue it up tomorrow and turn it on Wednesday.  I am hoping to get this done between nurse visits and other nursing that I get to do.  LOL

Still working on Christmas.  Made 12 more gnome ornaments and working on 10 more banks.  They were a big hit and I ran out.

Back to work on the media room. I am back on the ceiling now to finish it up. I’m resawing the blanks and gluing them up at this point. I have about a hundred to make.

Would not want to have all that repetitive work. Bout the highest I can get to is 28. Say did you go to my shop and steal my easy chair. Must be a popular brand. Hope you get a break to use it soon
