I  got a couple things for the shop.   A 3 outlet remote switch for shop vac, some lights, and TBD.   Also a Wynn pleated filter to upgrade my '80s Jet dust collector cloth bags.

Grand-kids got me my annual shop related plus "quite unsuspected surprises" of a box of Scott White Shop Wipe-alls...much needed, just opened the last box in inventory; Can of WD-40 (smaller can this year although does have the integral straw, but not the new flex straw; that's OK though b/c I've only use it 1/2x since last Christmas.

 

Mrs. Grandma GrandpaDave, broke our agreed upon rules though. She bought me this. I have to say not only was I QUITE surprised, and a VERY overwhelmed. She said she knew I would never "pull the trigger" Not sure what she meant by that?

 

 

 

Now that's my kind of Christmas gift....nice of Mrs. Grandma.

7th chemo was today.  the side effects are the worst part, they kick in in about 4-6 days for about 4 days.  ugh.

 

we'll know more next week when they do a PET scan to assess the status of the tumor.

 

building 2 picture frames this week for these:

 

top one took about 8 months to make, bottom just over a week (fewer stitches).  both counted cross stitch.
