I know how you feel.  Seems the more space I create the more mess I make.

It's a Biotch when you have to re-organize after your re-organization scheme.

Yeah, more than once I have built a nice organized something or another.  Then some time later thought hey why not do this and put it here?  Yeah well maybe because we already did that not long ago???

  • Popular Post

I will put this here so I can find it next time. One week later......where did I put that darn thing ???

EXACTLY.   After 20+ years I broke down and started labeling the drawers.

Yes that is why I have to put labels when I reorganize . Then there is the space made just for what you have now and you are given something that "needs" to go in the same area, but no space there.

Ah yes, the vicious circle.   Just sent a 8 inch Delta Drill Press off with @Cal for his son.  BECAUSE???  It would not fit where it needed to go.  And really, why did I need 3 drill presses???  :)

I haven't gotten to the labeling point yet because I still do enjoy a good search & find.  :ChinScratch:

Some efforts are more successful than others.

In the old shop, all the drawers were labeled rather permanently. That's gonna change with this new shop. Like Gunny, it'll be tape and magic marker.
