April 16, 20188 yr Popular Post Up at 04:00 Saturday. Helped SIL get ready for her moving sale. Then, acted as a salesman, along with my wife and two other couples. Around 13:00 we got a call from our son in tucson saying his wife had gone into labor. We grabbed our already packed necessities and headed south. Got to the hospital at 19:30. Sat in waiting room till 00:04 this morning. We have a new granddaughter. Norah Ryan Howe. C-section. Momma and baby are doing fine. Dad is a nervous wreck.

Norah will be using the cradle built for the first grand...12 years ago. Some repairs to the 40 year old rocking horse that her dad and his twin brother used/abused and, it's ready for another few round ups. So tentatively, the " big projects" ban remains in effect....for now.
