(A Hand Tool Project)

Here we have another project that can be cut and assembled from lumber salvaged from fruit boxes, or from scraps of stock left over from more ambitious jobs that require power tools. Any family that ha a table-tennis set will have problems keeping the balls and paddles hand to the table, and this rack is ideal for the purpose.
