December 30, 201411 yr I liked the rolling pin that I made Karen and decided to make myself a new roller for my pizza dough. I made it many years ago out of a cheese slicer. I'm sure you have seen them, they have a small aluminum roller with a thin wire across the top. I revised it to become a roller. I was going to toss the rough piece, but decided turn it down to use it on my roller I couldn't finish it properly today, too cold. I will do that when it warms up

December 31, 201411 yr Sweet! I'd just use mineral oil for the finish. Food safe and dough doesn't stick!
