Lew's turnings

Featured Replies

Lew, where can I see your turnings? The rolling pin is really sweet. I'd like to see more.

Thanks, Ron, for the very kind words!

Here are a couple of links to photo/info here at The Patriot:

On the old patriot site, there was a blog on how to make the rolling pins. If you are interested in creating some, I'll get you the instructions.

Thanks for the interest!

Lew, I completely blew it! I had those all set to import from our old site but they not come over! So sorry. I did preserve many of your blogs but that one did not make it over.

Lew, I see the attempt I made to import them,  still have access to the titles of the blogs if that would help you recreate them, is this something you may consider doing in the future?

I can put them up at our home page site.

I think I have everything saved here, John. I'll try to get that series reposted.

Here are the titles Lew

Rolling Pin Pt 3- Making The First Cut - The Patriot Woodworker

Rolling Pin Pt 4- Gluing,

Trimming and Turning - The Patriot Woodworker

Rolling Pin Pt 5- Another Version Of The Trim Jig - The Patriot Woodworker

Rolling Pin Pt 6- A Slight Modification In Design - The Patriot Woodworker

Rolling Pin Pt 7- Some Final Thoughts - The Patriot Woodworker

Rolling Pins Part 1- The Jigs - The Patriot Woodworker

Rolling Pins Pt 2- Laying Out The Blank - The Patriot Woodworker

I can set you up at our blog archive Lew, if you'd like to submit them there. I may open up a blogging area here too, if I was encouraged to do so!

Probably be just as easy to post these in the woodturners forum with the number sequence in the title. It doesn't seem like too many of the members use the blog format.

Agreed Lew, wonderful!
