If you use the VA Website, they are changing the sign in requirements- https://news.va.gov/press-room/veterans-get-more-time-to-transition-to-new-online-login-system/ -
I'm almost certain I posted about this fire extinguisher at some point. It may have been in this forum or the Woodturners Forum. Made a quick search but didn't find it. In any case, PLEASE check out out this recall from CPSC- https://www.cpsc.gov/Newsroom/News-Releases/2024/CPSC-Warns-Consumers-to-Immediately-Stop-Using-Elide-Fire-Extinguishing-Balls-Due-to-Failure-to-Extinguish-Fires-and-Risk-of-Serious-Injury-or-Death?utm_campaign=&utm_content=&utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery&utm_term=20240328

I happened on to the Shopsmith website, and at first look it's nice! I have not dug into it yet, but the old site had a ton of broken links and outdated things going on. Home — Shopsmith SHOPSMITH.COM Saw Sand Drill Bore Turn Rout Shape Shop Featured Products Shopsmith PowerPro Gen 2® 2X THE POWER. 2X THE TORQUE. 2X... I know they are under new ownership now, perhaps this younger gent will take the company into the future nicely. One of my favorite Shopsmith YouTuber Scott, had a great sit down with the new owner a few months ago if you are interested in meeting the new owner Nicholas Cupps. I hope he succeeds!

@Cal reminded me that this site is available to help keep us in contact with those with whom we served. Registration is free. Any of our Patriot members belong there??? https://www.togetherweserved.com/ -
Just surfing around our community, since our new server with more space and memory and now the updated core software, along with the updated theme, our site is really running smoothly and quickly. I am really like what I am seeing, I hope others are noticing the small stuff too, and the new speed we are experiencing. How did we afford this? Our Summer Fundraiser, that you all participated in, funded this new environment. Great job folks!

Folks, I just wanted to give you a heads up, we recently had a contact from a viewer that was searching for Lew's wonderful Drum Sander build and of course that blog is on our old site still. We are working on moving those blogs here, more so now than ever. It's overwhelming though. But for now you can see all our old blogs at this link The Patriot Woodworker Old Site And if you happen to own any of those blogs, perhaps you could help us move it to our new digs here, just simply copy paste the text into notepad (to clear formatting) then copy paste it to your new blog here. You can also click on the images to enlarge them, then save them to your hard drive and reload them into your blog here. If you do this, please inform us what blogs you have moved. Thanks so much folks, we are still digging out from the big move of 2015! Click on our retro logo below as well to be taken to our old site.

This may be posted somewhere on our site, but I didn't see it. http://www.wood-database.com/ Thanks to a member of the Mason-Dixon Woodworkers Club for the link.

View File Free Woodworking Web Sites I fully understand the copy right problem, so I figured I would try this. This is a list of sites that I have used to collect different wood working plans, with this I should not have a problem and you can find the plan you would like to work on. I know that there is a lot more sites and as I find them I will update my list. as always enjoy and have fun. also these is a peer 2 peer program that I downloaded that I was able to get a lot of woodworking books, it takes time and a good anti-virus but it is a good way to get a library. Download frostwire and type in woodworking and see what comes up. Submitter Snogard64 Submitted 06/01/2015 Category Book and Literature

I haven't been on the New Yankee site in a little while but with nothing on TV I decided I would watch a couple of old on-line New Yankee videos. Maybe I missed this in an old post but anyone got any idea when it went off line and if it is now gone for good?
