A couple of weeks or so ago I was following an on-line auction that was just a few miles away. A lot of varied type of tools, equipment, contractor supplies, some household etc. Backed off of more lots than I won, but these items followed me home. About $1.15/ea with buyer premium; 2 lots of files; 31 total, several new; some with minimal use; 2 or 3 to be repurposed?? The large rasp to the far left may be a farriers rasp versus wood, but if it'll cut a hoof, should cut wood. There was a third lot much later in the auction. Nothing special in it; files appeared used much more...maybe 12 total?? Sold for more than both of these lots combined This lot was later in the auction. $27.60 w/premium. 13 new, 1 used, reciprocating saw blades, 3 new hacksaw blades, new unused 14pc Bosch Masonry bit set, Irwin, Uni-bit, a WHOLE bunch lot of new, 1/4" lag bolts, Hanson 8" square, Stanley, 8" adjustable square, a Craftsman 3/4" chisel (head mushroomed no extra) but the business end near perfect + miscellaneous. Hanson square already gifted to daughter's fiancee'; probably some of the recip blades will be too. $2.30 w/premium. Figured the 4 gun locks were well worth that not to mention the master locks. All have their keys. Various assortment of putty knives, scrapers. Upper right of cardboard box (3) new, 4x24 80 grit sanding belts. Putty knives, scrapers, & 2 of the yellow gun locks gifted to daughter's fiancee' $26.45 w/premium. (7), 10" blades; 2 NIP, B&D fine tooth, used 1x??? a little rust); 24T, 36T, 48T, carbide; need cleaned for sure; probably need re-sharpened; something to practice with on my sharpener if nothing else??? Not pictured, NIP 7-1/4" B&D plywood blade Middle, left, NIP Delta, 7" adjustable dado (marked $44.95); I have a Craftsman version that came with my table saw package 45 years ago; used it a few times,; kinda scary...at least sounding but it did work. One on lower right is (or was) a 7" ferrous metal blade. pretty dull; may see if I can sharpen it; if not, it'll make nice marking knife blades or ??? $29.90 w/premium so about $6/ea piece. All work; don't think the light was ever used??? (2) saws very little; battery holds charge as it should; There were several Ryobi lots; most all were the newer "lizard green"; all had one battery and charger as this set did. Most of those sold within 25% of new so I backed out of those. Already gifted the light to daughter's finacee'. I have a Ryobi light like this plus Craftsman 19.2v that is identical. Bought a few other lots; various construction nails, roofing nails, finish nails some screws, etc. Less than gas for a trip to town & back would cost if you need any of them. Haven't really looked through much. It was 5* the afternoon I picked stuff up. Finally got it all out of my truck just before the "blizzard" hit. Anyways, thanks for riding along.
