  3. Started putting it together.

  6. Parts all cut out
  7. The pieces all fit with minimal "adjustments"
  8. This all assembled, glued, and screwed. Probably didn't need the screws with Titbond Ultimate - overkill
  9. Had to carve a front plate for the little guy

Actually, I didn't have to use the CNC to cut any of the parts.  But, they were all uniform, the holes lined up, and I'm sure it saved some time doing it all by hand, and risking just being a little off - especially the holes that the dowel rods had to go thru connecting the right side to the left side.  Besides, I had wanted to see if I could make parts that actually made something.

    An asset for sure John! I have enjoyed everyone of your gallery submittals, please don't stop! You may find the gallery's don't get a ton of commentary, don't let that discourage you, they do get a ton of views though, after all, it is a gallery.

    Just didn't want you feeling lonely up here.:)
