  3. Parts all cut out
  4. The pieces all fit with minimal "adjustments"
  5. This all assembled, glued, and screwed. Probably didn't need the screws with Titbond Ultimate - overkill
  6. Had to carve a front plate for the little guy
  7. Finished and painted ---- Rustoleum 2X --- I'm not real good at this painting stuff
  8. It fits .... I guess
  9. The day we went to NC and gave it to him
