I think Bradford Pear is one of my favorite species now just based solely on your work Gerald, I can imagine this wood in many projects, it has incredible warmth and glow. Your turning is exquisite sir, absolutely beautiful. I am enjoying the entire photo montage you recently posted. Thanks

This plate has Watco Danish Oil finish and yes it can be used but any water would damage finish. If using to eat out of would require use of a finish such as Mahoney's Walnut Oil.
