lew Administrator March 21, 201610 yr (edited) Author stats WOW, fantastic photo series! I cannot imagine how anyone can do this! My artistic talents are nil. How do you get the dark colors? Edited March 21, 201610 yr by lew
Dale Felice Members March 21, 201610 yr Author stats Thank you sir! The dark colors can vary from burning to using different oil stains Etc. You can use indoor outdoor stains it really doesn't matter because once the colors in it it's in it. However if I'm Going to put them outdoors I use Australian Timber oil or Thompson's Timber oil. You can do this right after your staining .It is very rare I use a spar varnish. Sometimes you can even use spray paint . You can also airbrush any color you want to on the wood. You can also airbrush stains urethane Etc on wood as well
