Maybe like kings or Popes....John the First, John the Second...etc. PWW John l looks like an impressive moniker, doesn't it?

Got the upper case assembled yesterday and the router bits came, too. I guess today, I'll be dressing more lumber. 

The plans call for a really strange way of mounting the door. 3/4"X1" "stiffeners" on the inside of the case, mortised for hinges on one side. I decided to change it to a face frame and use European style hinges.

Revisions are done on the fly, in my head. I'll definitely share the end product, though. 

Here's what it will look like except with a 3/4X1 1/2" face frame. So, the door will be a tad smaller all the way around.
