Merry Christmas!

Dear Patriot Woodworker's, supporters, friends and visitors. We want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
nativity_scene84ff20.jpg
As I sit back and look at all the wonderful things we have done this year, and all the great folks we have met and helped, I can't help but feel pride in our woodworking organization and the men and women and boys and girls who call our site home, they are all just a great bunch of folks, and we wish you all the best.
But before we all part ways for the big week ahead, I'd like to take a moment and remind everyone that we have many American Troops and Canadian Peace Keepers still overseas, away from family and friends, and during this time of the year it is especially hard for all involved.
So on behalf of The Patriot Woodworker's we pray for your safety, and we pray for your safe return home to your own families.
May God Bless and help those families who will never see their loved one(s) again. Many of our men and women are still making the ultimate sacrifice for us, for our country, and in the name of freedom. Our hearts go out to you.
We'd also like to thank the guys who make our site run, who work hard to bring The Patriot Woodworker's Forum experience to you, and we'd like to wish them a Very Merry Christmas as well, our Forum Hosts Lew Kauffman, Fred Wilson, Larry Buskirk, Gene Howe and Charles Nicholls (past forum host), our site Administrators John Moody and Ron Dudelston. Thanks guys for all you do!
One last word, be safe in all you do, drive carefully, and have compassion and patience for those around you. Merry Christmas!!!

We have had some wonderful donations come in from our major supporters as listed above left, and from priviate individuals who have made some fantastic cash donations, to date we have been able to purchase a lathe with the cash donations so we still need your help. The list is far from complete! If you'd like more information then what is offered at the Mark Wilson Page, please email us at thepatriotwoodworker@verizon.net or call us at 951.570.9711.
To view some of the wonderful cash donations that have been coming in please go to the Mark Wilson Project Page and see the comments sections below.

Some gentlemen step up and volunteer their time.
I'd also like to thank a few woodworkers who contacted us and expressed an interest and have opened up their shop for disabled veterans in their area. We are now compiling a list of volunteers who wish to be a part of giving back to those who served in the way of mentor-ship, and teaching our fine art of woodworking to our disabled veterans. Those gentlemen are Steven McDonald, Bob Schmid and Rob Gordon. All have reached out to us and want to help in their local area. We are working now on a way to make that happen.

Also to our cash donors, we could not of made that lathe purchase without you!

Also John Hechel has donated his own Dewalt 735 planer to Mark Wilson's shop! Thank you John!

And thank you to all, and to all a good night!!!!!
Merry Christmas!!!
