We are so proud and honored to have you aboard with us, and to our friends who have watched us from afar, we are happy you're still lurking and taking an interest in our woodworking community and the causes we support, if you are trying to decide whether or not to jump in and sign up with us, and join in on our woodworking related discussions, now is a good time as any! Happy 4th of July!!!


Independence Day is upon us!!!! I feel this is the most important American Holiday we have. None other signifies what our true spirit is all about, and the symbolism and historical date reference to July 4th 1776, is unequaled in our American history and culture.

Who would have known at the time of the signing of this document, that one of the worlds greatest experiments in democracy was about to take place, thus setting the stage for generations of fortunate Americans, fortunate to be born into the arms of our land. We owe everything we have to the founders who risked life and property by signing the most important document in the history of The United States of America, the declaration that we would no longer be ruled by a king, but by the people, for the people, and as one nation.
We are truly a very fortunate group of people, truly.

So while we are all out celebrating our national holiday of independence, just remember the men and women who died for us or gave of themselves while our country was in its infancy, and since then all the men and women who have served our great nation to ensure that we remain a free nation, with a free people, ruled by the people. We are the great experiment, that has succeeded, we are Americans!
