February 18Feb 18 Good day folks. We have always had the luxury of uploading images full size and taking full liberty of the visual joys of large images and video embeds.Starting today, in an effort to conserve server space, image uploads into topics and posts will be displayed as 400px thumbnails, and when clicked on, the image will enlarge to 1200px by 1000px max. So you'll see some changes in your topics and posts. This may seem inconvenient or penalizing to some folks but believe me it's not penalizing, we are just trying to not have to keep going to a larger server and incurring more costs for larger servers. As far as the inconvenience, I actually like laying out topics and posts with smaller thumbnails, from an editing perspective it allows for some neat looking layout if you are into that. For example, the smaller thumbnail images allow you to wrap text, most commonly used is the wrap text left as shown below.ExampleSed lobortis lobortis sodales. Sed justo magna, lacinia id arcu a, sagittis maximus nisi. Phasellus molestie scelerisque justo. Aenean orci magna, aliquet at mi non, ultrices aliquet nunc. Maecenas tincidunt vitae dui in vulputate. Cras sollicitudin nisl in rutrum sagittis. Sed efficitur, leo nec interdum convallis, nisl quam ullamcorper velit, convallis pretium est nisl quis magna. Aliquam vehicula, nisl ac viverra commodo, tellus justo hendrerit urna, id sodales nisl mauris eget enim.Aenean cursus maximus orci, in hendrerit purus dictum viverra. Pellentesque sed scelerisque magna, vestibulum gravida libero. Aliquam a lectus ac metus tempor bibendum. Aliquam tempor erat vel dui iaculis, eget pharetra massa hendrerit. Sed sed mauris non orci dignissim ultricies. Morbi hendrerit tortor sed tortor feugiat malesuada. Suspendisse porta lectus vitae congue sodales. Vestibulum eu nisi tincidunt, vestibulum nunc sit amet, fringilla elit. Integer ultrices tellus ac felis vulputate consectetur. Donec commodo viverra tempus. Integer tempus nisi ut ipsum ornare suscipit. Ut at lorem lorem. Proin ut aliquet elit, hendrerit condimentum tortor.Sed lobortis lobortis sodales. March 15Mar 15 I have not been able to do a "cut and paste" of an image into a post. Is this a problem? I have to save as a file, then attach the file.
