Popular Post Fred W. Hargis Jr Posted October 17 Popular Post Report Posted October 17 Been ding some winter prep with the yard this past week. Just minor putzing around in the shop. lew, Grandpadave52, Gunny and 3 others 6 Quote
Popular Post Grandpadave52 Posted October 17 Popular Post Report Posted October 17 Well it took me the best part of the past three afternoons but I got all the mowing completed; dusty, dry, hard, rough ground so I went pretty slow. The best I can recollect, I hadn't mowed since the last week of August. Today, clean up and service the mower plus a few other outside things ahead of the rain/ storms forecast for the weekend. I'll probably try returning to church services this Sunday. Finally again able to sleep most all night. Larry Buskirk, HARO50, Fred W. Hargis Jr and 5 others 6 2 Quote

Popular Post John Morris Posted October 17 Popular Post Report Posted October 17 Friday already! Son is visiting from AIT, graduated his UH-60 Blackhawk mechanic school and he's doing a two week layover here at home before he heads to his permanent duty station Ft Lewis Washington. Dad will be barbecuing for him and his buddies tomorrow as a welcome home sort of get together. We picked him up from the airport last Friday, he arrived just in time for his older sisters baby shower on Saturday, so this weekend is his weekend with his buddies. Proud mom with our son, orders to travel in civi's, no uniform, thus his street clothes, I always love seeing young military in their uniforms in the airports, but this time he had to come home incognito. MrRick Posted October 17 Report Posted October 17 I'm going to be making a footstool soon and probably post it here since this seems to be where everyone looks at projects. Not many viewing what I post under general woodworking. Gunny, Gerald, Grandpadave52 and 1 other 4 Quote

You most certainly want to post in your own topic for your projects Rick. they'll get lost to the anals of history in these general Monday, Wed, and Friday topics.
