Popular Post Fred W. Hargis Jr Posted September 22 Popular Post Report Posted September 22 Smoked a pork butt on the smoker, turned out really good. Also disassembled and cleaned/lubed up my reloading presses. Sine one of them is about 60 years old i figured it was time. Otherwise not much accomplished. steven newman, DuckSoup, John Morris and 5 others 8 Quote
Popular Post Handfoolery Posted September 22 Popular Post Report Posted September 22 (edited) Fixing to head out to the bench and build a set of winding sticks. My current ones were basically two pieces of ballister rail I trued up together. They have served for 8 years, but the bottom edges of one has a knot that popped loose, and I don't trust them anymore. Going to make a nice hardwood set that should hopefully last til I cross over. Popular Post Grandpadave52 Posted September 23 Popular Post Report Posted September 23 Over the weekend finished the wheel barrow handle replacement project and a couple other small projects. Week ahead, I suspect mowing will be on the agenda after 1.75" of rain over the weekend assuming of course we get some rain free days. Several other outdoor projects I need to get done also by the end of next weekend weather permitting. In between, maybe some puttering in the garage cleaning, reorganizing and possibly refurbing some tools. Gunny, steven newman, HARO50 and 5 others 8 Quote

I've seen him do it in person a couple times during the old Woodworking Shows in Indianapolis; had the fortune to talk with him after his presentation programs. A really nice guy not to mention a bandsaw wizard. Gunny, HARO50, John Morris and 5 others 8 Quote
