Not sure where you are going with this, but it looks like the basis for a very interesting modular sled.  Curious to see the next iteration as I have a significant problem with making table saw sleds

 

 

I haven't got serious about a specific plan yet but I've been cruising ytube the last little bit after somebody on here recommended I build one for my jobsite saw. I certainly like the looks of them and can see where they would transform a table saw experience. As for the multiples and storage issues I figure I'll try to zero in on a design I can get the most out of for the basic things I do and go from there. Following here

Once you decide on the style/functions, here's a video for setting it up to make perfect 90° cuts

 

 

I have several sleds. The biggest problem is where to store them when not in use.

 

Two hang on my table saw. The one on the left has since been rebuilt into a beefer version.
