Looks like we made it to another Friday. 

 

Also looks like we'll be getting a rain/snow mix today.

What's on Your Weekend Agenda? 

 

Recovering a bit today after a busy day yesterday of errands which included getting the latest iteration of the pneumonia "shot." Right arm really stiffened during the overnight. Some domestic duties on the agenda.

 

Saturday, late afternoon wedding then reception for our Pastors son. Actually we've known the bride far longer than the groom. She was a "bestie" of our oldest granddaughter during middle and high school as well as tennis double partners for last two years of HS.

 

Sunday, church followed by a "surprise" 80th birthday luncheon for one of members. Donut know if I can smuggle a donut home.

Another attempt at the griddle .Going to  charge the battery today..

Patti has caught a stomach flu so it's my turn to start taking care of her.

I feel ya. Raising a 7 year old grand daughter has  brought its challenges.

Need to get out in the yard and gather up all of the donated, miscellaneous articles from around the neighborhood after last nights high winds. Weather has high wind warnings always planned for trash nite.

As for me, I'll be working on a small table for Marie's CD player. I have a couple of other flatwork things to do as well as some wiring overhaul in a basement work area I use for reloading. Today won't be suitable to go outside, tomorrow may not be either; but Sunday I might get to play pick up sticks.

Yup! Had fun retrieving our and neighbour's recycle bins a few minutes ago. And have you ever noticed that the Google Earth camera vehicles also seem to appear only when there's garbage at the curb?

Putting the rebuilt Unisaw to work.  I’ve sold 3 walnut flag cases this week so I’m building flag cases.

I am still working on the shelf unit for my granddaughter. Yesterday I got all the legs sanded and the side shelf supports mounted on all the legs.

 

 

And got the legs stained. 

 

 

Saturday I will get the shelves stained and hopefully start assembling it Sunday.
