:ChinScratch: Hoping it's the last Frigid day for a while here "Two Weeks From Anywhere" but I doubt it. <_<

So, while we wait for tomorrow when we're supposed to warm up to Freezing, ...:Hot:

Super load is coming across Ohio this weekend.

The convoy, labeled as a "super load" is 196 feet long, 13 feet wide, and 17 feet tall. It weighs 415,416 pounds

Another sub zero start today. Lots of tasks in the queue but "frozen" in time until spring. Sunday school and church Sunday. Youngest grandson has double header basketball travel league games in the afternoon; fortunately home games. Mrs. Jeep left headlamp low beam bulb needs replaced; some vehicle disassembly is required to do that task; not fun.

No donuts on the horizon, the counter or pantry for that matter.

Wouldn't want to pay that LP tank fill.

IMG_0341.jpeg.2e0e5ab948d6d1e407f4b72d8dd3e4cd.jpegEveryone is running late today. Got started early went to a friends property to put out corn for deer. Maybe a hunt next week, but it now looks like rain . We zeroed rifles yesterday.the 4 small holes on center are from my Mosin Nagant . The two larger are from Bobs 45-70.

Working on a tool insert for a turning tool in the shop, hope to turn the handle tomorrow.

Nice groupings. It would be nice to have a private setting for outdoor practice. Of course it would be also nice to have weather above 30°.

Celebration of life today for Lynn's closest cousin. Cancer claims another one. :( Two hour drive (one way), and of course it's snowing.

Thanks Gramps. Started out in a real blizzard, and the weather for our destination was no better, so the trip was cancelled. There have been too many accidents in that stretch of the 401 in the past week or so. Better safe than dead!

Today I finally got around to restoring the top of my second bed side nightstand. I posted a similar thread last year when I did the first one.

So that's most likely the extent of my shop activity this weekend.

Had a little fun today out in the shop. Made a jig for thicknessing Kumiko blanks.
I have a lot of weird offcuts to use up :)
Started on some angle jigs for cutting end angles as well, try to finish those up tomorrow.

Thanks lew.

It's amazing what someone can do with a couple of orbital sanders, stain and polyurethane.

What's really amazing is.... l did it. 😁
