One thing I learned in industry is remove the carbide, lightly stone the seat, wipe it with lacquer thinner, rotate the insert and then reinstall it by shaking it in. Don’t over tighten it either. I bought a 15" Grizzly about 10 years ago and I have yet to rotate the blades. I have run thousands of board feet of lumber through mine and it still comes out looking smooth I keep thinking I'm going to rotate them but it still cuts good and is quite. I do recommend getting that head for the Dewalt when you can. It will pay for its self.
