found a source in town for maple (other than way expensive homey depot), 4/4 for $5.75/BF.  i'd be happier at $3, but i don't have too many options.  my prior source in ABQ said they no longer carry maple or other hardwoods.  i'm not sure the gal i talked with understood the question, she was all hot to offer me 2x4s and 2x6s.....no dear, some 4/4 maple, random widths will be fine....no, we don't have that....they did last time i was down there....fine, save a trip.

 

will be fixing up some rectangular tables at church.  trimming off the damaged edges, replacing with solid maple, with rounded over edges and corners.  need about 40BF to do 11 tables.  pix when i get ready to do one.  you see one, you get the idea, not going to document all 11.  duh.

 Did the same thing yesterday that I did Monday & Tuesday. It's Slushing out now, so I'll probably do the same thing today. 

Deleted, I figured it out. I was trying to download that tools graphic as a jpeg file...I want to have it printed and then make a frame for it.
