Spent the majority of the weekend just lounging around the pool;). No personal bests for granddaughter but several season best times. Lots of talented swimmers at this year's event.

Going in to my 11th year attending events here. Finally got a front row parking spot to end the weekend. Hated to leave:lol:

Oldest grandson has basketball games tonight and tomorrow night; both home games. Youngest granddaughter will be home tomorrow after exams today and swim practice.

In the meantime I have my orders for domestic duties. Thanksgiving will be at our daughter's. I'm beginning a rigorous work-out schedule today to be in shape for Thursday. Also to be in shape for "Blackout Friday".

In advance, wishing you all a safe, relaxing and thankful, Thanksgiving.

Actually spent a few hours in the shop, the big re-arrangement is underway. Well, really not that big...swapping the lathe's position with the assembly table. Heck, now that I think about it it's not a big deal at all; hardly worth mentioning. But I will be building some new shelves so thee will be woodworking involved.

I took advantage of no kids sports and got some stuff done.  Its nice when the boss has a Christmas list.....means i get to have fun.  I really like to lay it on and say, "I think I can make that.  It'll take some time tho."

Here is the reindeer she requested:20201206_163027.jpg.13297b72704d1a1fdf9751e8962407bf.jpg20201209_151348.jpg.f2ca0ef3b1af56e7e39e6258db3a17e6.jpg20201206_163027.jpg.13297b72704d1a1fdf9751e8962407bf.jpgsddfasd20201206_163020.jpg.b35da6d729999f8f16e42d459493b984.jpg

She also asked to make some cat dish holders.  So I had to make a little of a unique twist on them.  She said just round.  I said, BORING!"

Cut a pile of firewood that I now have to haul over and stack. :Tapping:

Roy, those reindeer are really cool...hope Marie doesn't see them, it would be something else added to my to-do list.

Lol! Thank you! Thats why I posted them.  I was hoping everyone would get suckered into making  some.

The wife knows how to challenge me.

So I saw these and they were really cute, do you think you could make one?

Ah yeah! I bet I can make it better! And nd she gets her project done

I’m back into build mode.  The holiday show on Veteran’s Day wiped my stock out.  I sold 11 cheese slicers over the weekend so I’m back into production mode.  I did manage to snag 210 board feet of walnut, cherry and maple at the Frank Miller Lumber auction though.

It took the better part two days, my nephews, and way too much colorful language.  I have gotten pretty good at translating really bad written chinglish.  I'm glad there were lots of pictures.  Mrs. Boss is just starting to decorate.   Awesome speaker placement for Dolby Atmos, sounds fantastic.  Onkyo HT receiver, Polk Audio 7.1 speakers.

Back at work today.  Busy as always.  Difficult electrical problem that involved 37 communications codes was resolved.  BIG relief.  Who knew a loose ground wire on a stud would cause so many issues.  Or that some engineer would put said grounding stud in the MOST inaccessible location known to mankind.

Even so, found it and fixed it.  Now the bill, that's going to hurt somebody's wallet.:throbbinghead:

Had a good weekend with club meeting and got in a bit of shop time. Today laid out cables for decorations in front and had a good afternoon in shop
