Working from my Samsung tablet, I continually get the below script every time submitted into Reply Field when I try to respond in today's Monday Thread. Additionally, the thread requests to download a .pdf file. The Clear Editor function does not display as an option. After several attempts to circumvent tablet locks, have to close tab and begin again.

On my LG phone, it just downloads some file anytime try to navigate anywhere on the site. No recognized file extension.

I can't get in on my Samsung smart phone, either. Keeps wanting to download The Patriot woodworker 46kb.

This afternoon the site started to act weird. When I tried to open the site- using chrome or edge- the browser attempted to download the website rather than open it. Chrome on my iPhone wouldn't open the site, either. Tried Firefox and it did the same thing.

Now chrome and edge try to download but Firefox, Vivaldi, and Opera all open the site. As Chrome and Edge are Chromium based, I wonder whether it is the browser or the site

iPhone now works

Pretty much the same here Gene. Worked fine until early afternoon. No Samsung or other Apps updated during that time frame. I was surprised I was able to make this post. I can't post in any of the other Forums without getting the script above in the reply field. On my phone, I can't bring up the site without it doing the download so I logged off there. As I already stated, both worked fine until early afternoon.

Yes. Happens immediately when I try to access the Good Monday Morning Thread. I cannot post any reply there. Don't know about other forums or threads beyond this one.

This is weird. www.thepatriotwoodworker.com doesn't load BUT a URL to a particular Patriot post- https://thepatriotwoodworker.com/forums/topic/38360-bowl-of-unknown-origin/

loads OK. URL's to specific forums also work- https://thepatriotwoodworker.com/forums/forum/28-wood-turners/

Same here. Only way I can access TPW from search has been https://thepatriotwoodworker.com/forums/forum/28-wood-turners/

On my tablet I'm using Firefox. On my phone Chrome via Duck-Duck-Go. However I'm unable to perform any function on the site w/o it doing or attempting to download a file. All worked fine until after Noonish EST.

It sounds like it's only the Monday topic for some reason.

When I try to Clear my Notifications I also get the Download request message. Once Cancel that, it clears notifications if I Refresh the Tab. Weird.

Thanks for the information Gramps, there is something wrong with our server right now, I have tech support on it, thanks for the report folks!

Glad to hear it wasn't only me.  When I clicked on unread content, I got a pdf popup in my file manager. Working ok now.  Thank you.

How is the site behaving this morning gents?

This is a test reply

Ok folks, we made some adjustments at the server level, please keep using our forum community as you normally would, and if there are any further issues let us know, if you can, please include screen shots of what you are seeing. Thanks for all your help in troubleshooting this issue. :)
