craft show today, and wouldn' ya know it go rained out around 10 or so, got a warning from a friend in gila bend who said he was getting steady drops, so began my pick up, took me almost an hour, i just closed the van doors and got a drop or two on me, walked around to see if the slow ones needed an assist to pick up, got the nod they did not need help and i sache'd to the eatery for a late breakfast with a few friends, 

hit rockler and finally picked up a anti slip matt for the gal, shes been whining about the sanding area being slippery, so, well you know happy wife awesome life. so 

 

new ortur lazer showed up, yeehaw, my little jl2 we grabbed to try lasering out, is working fine, just went a little larger and more power, gonna try and assemble it tomorrow and see if the pooter guru will come over and play with it.

 

i went to pick up one of those husky adjustable height work benches one of the surplus stores had, made the trip about 20 mins, and the guy says when i asked about it, oh yeah, well i sold it, i didn't think you were coming, oh well.  was a whole lot cheaper thru this guy, says he gets them all the time, so we'll see. 

it was gonna be the lasers new home both would have fit on top, so, plan B please.

 

sure like the rain, not a gully washer, just  a steady rain, give everything a drink, plants sure needed it. 

happy saturday, time for a evening doctored up egg nog, put me feet up, answer some mails and peruse the ads for you know that real special thing a fella needs.

Theater shop today.  Mostly making tables and some of the 7 sets of steps, some tables, and another platform.  Not many volunteers today.

 

Next week will spend two days at the furniture bank.  We will probably hit the 1000th table made this year on the first day.

Had a great cray show today jut a little less in sales than last year. Different best sellers and some I thought would be good were not. Sales of snap top’s slightly down but not much.
