They are still building the dories along with whale boats for historical replica ships. Just completed a restoration for the  boarding boat on the replica Santa Maria.Today they also build various custom built boats for customers.

tues-Fri till 3:00 pm for visitor. You can have the guided tour or just roam as you wish. They are also having an open house, I believe Dec 3-5.

I looked up the YouTubes on Lowel. It’s nice to see an American company with that kind of heritage.
