July 30, 20223 yr Popular Post One reason for the double hooks....to allow the "operator" to pull along a wall, while keeping the triangular shaped cutter away...So, no matter which side of the operator the wall is on....left hand, right hand ( Hallway?) The "flat side" of the tool is always against the wall/trim.
