This is birthday week... have a nephew's birthday tonight to attend, and SIL's birthday tomorrow night.

Easter is rapidly approaching.  Both our son & daughter will be here for some of that.  Son comes in Wednesday evening and wants to build a couple (should be) easy projects, he will leave out on Sunday morning.  That only leaves us a couple days to get done what he wants to do... And, of course, he will want to visit some of his friends and I will need/want to spiff up the lawn before the weekend.  Yes, I will be busy!  Today I want to build a picture frame sled.  I've watched a few youtuber videos and they seem like just the ticket, I have a good many frames to build over the next few months.  One of these sleds might take a lot of the stress out and make it actually enjoyable.

I think our daughter will be coming in Friday evening, and she will stay through Sunday PM.  She picked up her new car a couple days ago, so she will be wanting to show that off and take her brother out for a spin I am sure.  On top of that, I did not get her dash cam hooked up last weekend so I want to do that while she is here.

Sunday's Easter dinner will be here with Julie's two sisters and families.  I will try to stay clear of the house as much as possible this week, seems my presence only adds to the stress and confusion!

Today I will try and do a pair of spline jigs.  One will stay here, and one to go to Ohio.  Will probably send this sled up to if there is room in his car.  Son has a Jet table saw also, but I don't want to do any jigs for him that requires the miter slots until I know his spacing is the same as mine.

The birthday party last night was a-ok.  Pizza and cake - what else does a 5 year old need?

Tonights b'day is for the boys grandma (SIL).  I think this one is going to be bbq...

At his very specific requests, ours last night for the 8 y/o grandson was "blue velvet" (not red") cake with blue icing and authentic Greek gyros. All this after his first ever soccer match which they won 3-0.
