Cherry still very wet after laying in the yard a couple months. This one turned out at 12 inch diameter

Merry Christmas to my family here

Merry Christmas Gerald, and to all here, we are all so blessed to have our extended family here in The Patriot Woodworker community, thank you all for being here, and I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas day!

 

Our kids are older these days, so no more waking up at 4:30am with them to open gifts Thanks goodness! Just a mellow day, our youngest Army daughter is home with us for the holidays, so we have all our kids with us. We'll cherish these moments because by next year, all our kids will have flown the coop, and it's just me and mama.

Today, we will be blessed with a wonderful dinner, and family, and the spirit of the Christ child, please be safe today, and Merry Christmas!

i got a roof leak last night.  ugh.

 

found a crack in the stucco this morning, where vertical meets horizontal.  applied some caulk to seal it up until i can re-stucco it come spring.  yay.  will replace the damaged drywall in the closet then too.

at least we have a house that is warm.  some don't have that even.
