August 1, 20215 yr comment_268964 I think this is a metal lathe tool. No reason for it not to work just do not expect a very smooth surface. With the bar only 7 inches long I usually have at least 1.5 inches in handle so that leaved 5.5 inch bar to work with. Will need to watch tool rest spacing closely and move it up. Report
