We've got sycamore trees in our yard, beautiful trees but they drop a lot of limbs. Now and then a limb is big enough to play with. Did some garden whimsy today. First day it's been cool enough to get in the shop for a while.

They are a take off on some ornaments I did last year. I knew then I wanted to do some of these for the garden.

Love that, only problem here is, seems gnomes are hard to find out here in our heat, how do I get them to come out of hiding?

Thanks Gerald, I think I will make some of those to go along with these "houses", they need each other.

Vodka might work.  That's how I attract Christmas elves for my whole stuffed reindeer with elf stuffing recipe.

This is from a Facebook group called It's all Tina's fault. There are a great many designs for these. Some make hat and body separate and some do it as one piece.
