One of the reasons I really like Grizzly is their amazing customer service. I was afraid they might have to wait for the old one to get back before they could ship another one. Paul

You might look out for a new you tube video - one with a title "watch as (Fedex, UPS) forklift operator drops large package from 20'..." or some such Kudos to Grizzly for taking prompt steps to make it right

November 26, 20205 yr Well, obviously, FedEx can't read those 2 labels on the side that is turned up which says to not drop the package. I guess it must have been a drop kick test. When I order online, if FedEx is involved, I ask for another carrier or cancel the order. They are not allowed in front of my house. They dropped my Shopsmith headstock. Busted the wooden box I had built. Then to send some documentation to Missouri, it was $11. I could have sent it via USMail for 1/2 the price and it would not been torn up. Paul, I hope you get your new device very soon and that is is great condition and not a world traveler.
